Fell View Guest Room is a ground floor ‘room only’ bedroom with a private entrance, hallway and bathroom.
Next door to The Old Smithy, sleeps up to two people and is ideal for short stays!

The accommodation consists of an entrance hall, bathroom and bedroom which is annexed off from our home. The entrance hall has fridge, microwave and kettle along with basic kitchen equipment. We provide complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and milk and a selection of items to purchase on an 'honesty bar' basis. The large bathroom has a bath and separate step-in shower. The bedroom has a king-size bed, a table and chairs, and a view over the garden towards the lake and fells.
